Online ticket booking thru debit card
Amount deducted from my a/c. without the tickets issued

I had tried to book online tickets for sunday show movie "VILLU". It was 3 tickets. It should be paid through debit card. Whereas when i tried to book through my debit card it showed error and transaction was cancelled. Then i ignored it and didn't book further.

To my horror when i checked my bank statement few months later I found that they coolly deducted Rs.420/- from my account. If my tickets were booked i'm supposed to get the tickets but it showed that the transaction could not be processed and hence cancelled. Ultimately we did'nt go to mayajaal at all and we watched the movie at Devi theater.

Now when i want clarification from the mayajaal officials they are not responding at all. Is this some sought of fraudulent act that they are doing. When i contacted the other official they said we don't accept Debit card, we accept only Credit card and how come they deducted from my debit card account.

Kindly check into their activities and i request that if you people want to see movie in the theatre go directly and book your ticket but not online who knows you maybe cheated royally.
