Hi,
I booked and cancelled around 16 tickets online last month (1/8)
The Cancellation guidelines read, the amount refund will happen within one month to the same credit card amount.
It's more than a month now, I haven't received my refund amount.
The Online Reservation doesn't have contact number/mail id to enquire.
Is there any contact number/person whom I can escalate this issue?
