Dupilicate Transaction-SBI ATM

My Name is Saresh N and I hold a savings account in SBI Jayanagar II block

My account number is 30050226038.

On 06-June, I withdrew an amount of 2000 Rs from an ATM in Kerala (Easthill Branch) but duplicate transaction has happened.

Transaction Number is 6220180328600137645 1302 S1AN00794101 instead of debiting 2000 Rs from my account, it has debited an extra 2000 Rs also. Please find the attached screenshot.

You will be able to see two transactions having the same transaction number 6220180328600137645 1302 S1AN00794101 on 06-Jun.

I have aleady emailed SBI Jayanagar regarding this on 9th June, but there is no response or progress so far.

Please help me to get credit the amount back to my account.
