Refund of booking amount, Bounced check

I had booked plot no.787 at Granity European Township through Orange Propeties by paying Rs. 25000 as booking amount. When I came know about their fraud, I cancelled my booking at Granity Indira Nagar office and sought refund of the bookin amount. Some Mr. Srinivas, posing to be the Manager of Granity Properties gave me a fraud check, which bonced. Eversince, these culprits are absconding.

Kindly advise how I can get my refund either from Orange Properties OR Granity Properties
