False marketing

These people market this property near K.R puram saying it is just 6 KM from K.R.puram cable bridge, but when i visited this place i noted my vehicle reading, it is actually 11KM. First question i asked the executives is about the distance, the executive just smiles with out any response. The Layout work is not even started, they are saying they will get approvals in 2 months and they require another 7 months to complete this project. Let me know if any one has bought the site here. I am not sure about the developer: Granity properties pvt ltd.
