Regarding winning of award of U.S.$3000000

Dear Sir,

I received on my mother's mobile a message from ORANGE TELECOMMUNICATION DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, that she has won a prize of US$ 3000000 in draws of international mobiles. Please sent me information about the authenticity of draw.

As in the message, I have send them some messages and in feedback I have received a CERTIFICATE OF AWARD I have a message from company that they have deposit my mother's mony on a temporary bank account in Natwest Bank Plc. For releasing the payment they want a certificate from U.K Financial Service Authority in favour of my mother. They gave me e.mail address of U.K Financial Service Authority, and on contecting on that e-mail the said authority wants 580 British Ponds.

Please provide guidance me about the authanticity of these events and the said draws of international mobiles held by Orange Telecommunication Development Company.
