Wrong cot size delivered

I am among the hundreds of people who were cheated by orange woods lucrative offer of buy furniture worth 29k and get furniture worth 50k. Paid full money and booked it. But dint get on time inspite of many number of calls to their mannerless, less informative, misguiding customer care centre. Finally after more than 2 months got a call saying go to our factory and get ur furniture... the situation at their factory was shocking and heartbreaking... we had to pick the furniture (dint get the one we ordered) and the quality was so cheap... just for support some low quality wooden logs were tied a and neatly wrapped with nice cover (now also whenever i sit on the sofa i feel tat it will collapse)!!! but still compramised and bought it. Next came the cot.. I had ordered for a queen size but they delivered me a king size cot. it is still with me. I called the customer care so many times to plz exchange it but now they tell they dont have queen size cots. they cant give me a queen size... what do i do to get right size cot?
