We had purchased 2 (two) sets of Hindustan Unilever Pure it water purifier for our office premises on 01.06.08 & our customer ID no 1925959862. We had booked order for two battery kit over phone at your helpline number 923500500 on 17.11.08 morning & the order ref no is 808KOL1527003059. Since booking the order, today is fourth day, we are yet to get the battery kit. Will you please see to it so that to expediete the process.
