Photo sending is disabled in scrap

Respected sir,

my orcut account have a problem, the problem is in the scrap book, i cant send photos to my friends. this problem will started 60 days back. if i select my friend scrapbook then click add photos... then click brouse ..then select photos from my system... then upload...

after finishing the upload then " this photo is too large plz try again" what is the problem sir? plz help me sir...
