Company not giving me mediclaim

Sir,
my big brother have mediclaim from oriental insurance company from last 5 to 6 month.
last month he admit in hospital for 10 to 11 days .my brother making a mistake when he admit in hospital he forget to inform insurance company. after few days he remember he have mediclaim.
he took all bills and report from hospital and go to the insurance agent. insurance agent clearly say
u r not inform thats why your claim is not pass. plz told me wat iam doing . hospital bll is 13000/&
