Asking a bribe for the process of a claim

Hello sir

my father had the personal accident policy of 5 lacks

unfortunately my father had an accident and pass away after

hospitalisation..

we have submitted all the necessarry documents a

but the investigator is asking for 20000 rupees

for the process of the claim

they have also said that without money we will not process your claim

so please guide me in this situation

and also let me how long does it take for the process of the claim..
