ORIENT PSPO FAN NOT WORKING PROPERLY

Dear Sir/Madam

I have purchased the ORINET PSPO brand fan from M/s Prakash Electricals Vapi

in the month of january and this fan is not working properly and making the

noice while runnig. In this regards i have also complaint 3 times but till that time i have not getting any possitive responce from their side as well as from ORIENT FANS now i requsted you to please help me & arrange to clear my problem & if possible please replace my fan.
