Rude Behaviour & Service from Delivery Boy

Our office is on the first floor. One day the delivery boy rang the door bell from ground floor and told me to pick the packet. I requested him to come upstairs but he refused completely. He went without delivering the courier that day and I had to pick it from the local office two days after the incident. Now today again he came and I asked him why you have gone that day without delivering the courier then he made very challenging comments and posture like " Aapne sign karne hain ke nahin", "Agli bar aapka courier aayega phir dikhaunga." The one difference b/w courier and postal service is that courier service is "door to door service" and other companies are delivering the couriers to door. Suppose if someone has his home on 10th floor, will he come to the ground floor for picking the courier? Our company is a regular user of Trackon Services and still we are getting this kind of services from your end. This is something which is to be improved. I hope that some suitable action should be taken towards this inappropriate behaviour from delivery boy.
