No warranty

Dear Sir.

My name is Kondappan from pondicherry. i got ORION 900DS mobile before 6 months. After one month mobile display is not clear due to horizontal line on display. Also battery is not charging. Battery thickness is automatically increased. Now i give my mobile for local authorized service centre. But they told no warranty to my mobile. pls how it is possible out of warranty within 6 months?

My mobile EMI number is 358075020051454, 358075020051462. Pls replace the my two batteries and display unit in my mobile. Pls reply
