Not reciving Waranty proof/ lette

I had purchased an Orion Dual Sim981GS mobile phone before fifteen days through homeshopw18.. But proof (letter) of waranty period of one year which is mentioned in featurtes of mobile is not recived with this pacakage. So please do needful.

It is also observed that camera is not of 2G.Pixel, and photo clearity is also very poor.

Also the antina of analog TV cathes only one signal of hindi news channal. So I am not happy with this product which I recived. So Please forword this complaint to respective authority.
