Poor Customer Service

I have given my mobile for servicing on the 12th of September and was told that i will receive it within a week but its been more than 2o days and i don't get a positive response or even a decent response from them the guys are so rude.. is there anyway i can get back my mobile and get these guys compensate for the mental agony i have undergone???
