NOT ATTENDING TO THE COMPLAINTS

Dear Customer Care

I have five landline and two internet (broadband) connections from Airtel at Bhopal.

I am sorry to say that the airtel at bhopal is very lethargic in attendign the complaints rather they try to befool the customer.

I beleive the customer care is designed to help out the customer but i am sorry to share my experience that for last anbout 15 days my broadband connection is unserviceable. Many times the complaints the compalints have been lodged for this fault but no sincere action has been taken from your end.

For instance the compleint attender's name and telephone number is Mr Sanjay : 9893982082.

You can ask this person whats the matter is??

Pls try to rectify the fault lying at bhopal.

I think I dont think i will be needing to raise the level in airtel.
