The scrap book in orkut is not opening

Hai I am a user of Orkut account. Since a week of days When I enter the orkut it is opening but the scrap book in that is not opening. I dont know what the problem is. My chat is also disabled. I tried in settings menu but there is no use of that. I thought that my settings problem & I created a new account. But there also the same problem occours. What Should I do? I am using Mozilla Firefox 3.0.13.
