Not Getting our PF

We have a problem with getting our PF back from our previous employer. We have worked for more than 3 years with that company. The company is a UK company operating in Pune, India.

The reason for this is that they have not deposited the PF regularly and they have an outstanding amount to be paid to the PF Office. When we go to get the papers signed from them they refuse to do so.

We have parked our hard earned money with the PF office through that company and they have not deposited the same. We would like to get our money back. The owner who is in UK keeps on coming to Pune frequently.

In the meanwhile they have also shifted from the current location and tied up with another company.

Please let us know how we can recover our money.
