Sub-standard gift

I am one of your subscriber, had recently subscribed for Outlook, People & Travel magazines., I have paid an amount of Rs.1597 on 14.11.2012 wide receipt # 98154.

At the time of accepting the subscription, I was informed that a gift of shoulder bag costing around Rs.1500/- would be given. When I got this bag, I could see the quality of bag not even worth for 2-3 hundred rupees, I had to return and get a replacement since the strap was already damaged…., even the replaced bag is ready for getting torn (shoulder straps)

I am really dis-appointed to get these type of low quality gifts from renown magazine providers like you.
