Supply of chicken curry made of rotten flesh

I have booked and collected 50 plates of Chicken curry @ Rs. 45.00 from Oven Fresh Muncipal Shopping Compled, Market Road, Chengannur on 14.4.09 vide receipt No. 2232. The food was collected and served to guests specially invited for a function. After consuming, people complainted of a foul smell of the curry perhaps due to rotten chicken used. I have also tasted the stuff and when convinced taken up the matter with the concerned shop. Initially they refused to accept my complaint; but later wanted to hushn up the matter by offering me Rs. 500/- as refund, which I have not accepted. I have also returned back a portion of the cooked stuff, keeping a part with me as evidence.

Kindly advice the remedies available to me and also request you to take necessary action in this regard.
