Not receiving issues for last three months

I am Aditya S . Korde, residing at,

S.No.-676, Bibwewadi, Pune-411037,

I am a regular reader of OVERDRIVE and have got threeyears subscription. My account no is 23178.

But I am facing delays in the delivery of magazine for last two - three months. I even have not received this months issue (Jan09) and did not received last two months issues (nov.08 &Dec08) at all. I called to the no. provided on the site and they assured me that the problem will be solved but it doesn`t seems though. My mail written to overdrive are not answered. Same things happened in the month of Sep08 Aug08.

I complaint to overdrive by emai to (avijit.bhattacharya@infomediaindia.com)

for three times but no response, not even a complaint received note has been given to me. I can send you the copies of the mails if you want. Please help.
