Overnite Courier
Courier is not delivered properly & poor customer service

I am supposed to receive a courier to my house address at Bangalore with the below detail.

AWB No: 0553040431

I could get the information from "http://www.overnitenet.com/webtrack.asp" that "In-Transit: Out for Delivery at BANGALORE on January 23 (Wednesday)".

But since last 23rd January I am not receiving that. When ever I try to call your telephone numbers, there is no response (engaged or somebody picks up the receiver and disconnects to call).

I could find that your courier office is found in Vinayaka Nagar and donot know why the courier is not delivered since 1 week.
