Non delivery of consignment

Dear sir,

There is a consignment with way bill no. 6761466902 which has to be deliver to me on 19/04 as shown on company website. but the consignment is not delivereed yet on 26/04.

The consigment is carrying my credit card PIN, hence it is an importnat one for me

but the company is not respnding me well kindly expedit please
