Overnite Courier
Delay in delivery of letters

SBI sends all letters through Overnite couriers. I receive on an average a letter a month from SBI. But since more than 2 years, the track record is that never the letters are delivered before at least 10 days, which may go upto even a month. Normally there are cheques, and the bank starts charging interest from the date of the issue, and we use that money only after 15 days.

Overnite Couriers is the WORST courier, I will never suggest anyone to use that courier.
