Jeep No.-KA 39 M897 belonging to the secratery APMC, HUMNABAD (Bidar Dist In Karnataka) had meet with an accident on 20-09-08 it was informed to the Branch Office of Reliance At Gulbarga On 20-09. Jeep was left for repairs at VKG Motars at Gulbarga. Loss assesment was carriead out by Mr. Chandra Shekhara Patil, Serveyor. Claim Form and bills have been submitted at Gulbarga office.

But after lapse of 6 months the claim is not yet settled. Kindly arrange for the ealry settlement of the claim.
