This is sumit dhuwalia, having an oxicash wallet which i use for mobile recharges. on 18th of march, i did an e-top up of bsnl from my wallet for an amount of Rs 112/- but it showed that the transaction failed. after that i when i checked my balance, it was debited with Rs 112/-. i immediately registered a complain with oxicash over the phone and they gave me a complain id and said that the matter will be solved within 24-48 hrs and the balance will be refunded back in my wallet.but i have not received the refund amt. and neither am i gettin any replies from them.i have mailed them almost 5-6 times but to no avail. i would request u to kindly look into the matter and take some strict action against this company.
