Bumper has got crack

Hello, My car got hit by a bicycle. The collision was so simple that it did not give any scratch on the color portion of the bumper. The bicycle rider also simply got up and went away. but due to this clash my front bumper has got a crack. I contacted FIAT India directly. They told me this is not Material problem. You have to pay for the new bumper.
