PF service not responsive

To whomsoever it may concern

Kind attention whenever we make a phone call for any enquiry or for PF status. The PRO section is always made busy purposely, there is no response or they say us to call after some time. The phone no are 022-28674879, 28692722, 28692531, this no 28674808 is out of order since few months. I want to know what’s happening.

I am little frustrated as my PF form was returned back 3 times with different points like

(1) reason of left job (2) Mismatch in signature of director both were clarified n resubmitted and last they needed evidence.

Now inspite of submitting PF Form 19 with evidence i.e Photo copy of Ration card, school leaving certificate for the 4th time, now its been 4 months till now there is no response.
