Agra gas company
The gas cylinder ie not delivered till date

My consumer no is AG4926 and has my conection with Agra Gas Company dayal bagh agra.

i had booked my cylinder on 15th jan and my booking no is 5793 and agter several reminders the gas is not been delivered.. ian dit is not the first time this is happening almost every time they are delivering the cylinders after 29-25 days of booking .. and when we ring them upop for reminders either they dont picthe phone or the just keep it off the hook so that it comes busy all the time ..

i also wanted to know what the maximum no of days whith in which they have to deliver the gas as pur the rules..and if there is no such thing mentioned in the rule book please make a not to amend it...
