Panasonic beard trimmer
Poor customer service

I bought Panasonic trimmer from Vivek & co Chennai and in 1 yr time need to replace a blade. Viveks gave Panasonic service fellows number. But service fellow says he cant sell the blade directly to me. Also he is not giving any dealer name.

I regret this purchase very much as I do not get support from the seller or the manufacturer. Being a multi national Panasonic should have at least the basic infrastructure to serve the custome
