I bought Panasonic Cordless phone from saudi arabia with Bill Box pack and with worldwide warranty and service card and i came to my mother land india and after one year i got a problem I.E. Product is missbehavior and i find out the service centre in baroda and mumbai and ahamdabad and called them regarding this issuse they said we will check and may be we repair it but on "Chargable Basis" what does it mean ...? pls. do the needful ASAP..
