Less Refund of Insurance

We relocate from Ahmadabad to Pune in the Month of June From Agrawal Packers and Movers. We fixed the deal with Mr. Pradeep from Ahmadabad. He suggested to take insurance for the safety of our luggage. We take insurance of Rs. 1 lacks. When our luggage came to Pune. So many things was destroyed. Like Our Wardrobe, Crockery, Bin bag.and some more things also. 1 product for cleaning of home was also missing. After so many calls to Mr. Pradeep they given only 1000 Rs cheque in front of 100000 lacks of insurance. If they did not want to give proper response to the customer. Why they insist to make insurance???
