Non delivery of speedpost

Dear Sir

We have posted a letter by speed post on 03.07.2009 from seoni malwa post office it's receipt no. SP EI 032250954 IN to Kumari Seetal Sarda Hostel No.2, NICMAR (National Institure of Construction Mangagement and research), 25/1 Balewadi, NIA Post Office, PUNE - 411045 containing a D.D .of Rs. 104200/- of CBI Seoni Malwa against fee for advanced studies in Civil Engineering Sir this leeter is not delivered even after 28 Days that is till 31.07.2009 .

Sir this amount is sent against fees of my daughter, now she is unable to deposit this large amount of fees due to non delivery of D.D., she is feeling mently incomfort and paneliging for late fees.

Please trace the missing point of subject later and intimate about the status of the subject letter on my mail address as follows, pdsarda_2007@yahoo.co.in.
