Delivery Issue

Hi Sir/Ma'm

I would like to inform you that i have applied for pan on 7 Dec. My pan no is AAPPO6302G, it was dispatched on 20 Dec and its ack no was 015700200041282, card was dispatched by Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd. courier vide airway bill no. 2692742765, but delivery boy had given to other person without any verification name as Raj and there is such person name as Raj in my localty.

Then I gave one request for delivery on 12 feb. its ack no is 010270200865271.According to the status it was dispatched on 19 Feb. I gave my home town address along with pin code. But still I did'nt get pan card. I called to customer care of pan department meny times. They people always said that you will get your pan card within two or three days. It is my problem and realy It is so urgent for my job because without the photo copy of pan card my account can not be activated.

So I request you to solve my problem as soon as possible.
