Dear Sir/Madam
My pan card lost in april. Which pan number is BJDPS4606M and We are applied for same through UTI pune.
But due to Name appear on as per ITD is diffrent due to that resion My pan card will not be proceed. and after one month we got a latter, the following discrepancies, have been noticed in the details submitted by you as compared with the ditails avilable with the income tax department. NAME MISMATCH BETWEEN NCC DATA AND APPLICATION DATA (both me and my father name) again i am going uti nd submit the letter and address proof but as off now we are not received the PAN CARD.
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the PAN card. If I got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you.
