Incompetent service

We placed two orders with this website to deliver their tailored products for Rakhi. Their website has a separate section about Special Instructions.

As Rakhi was on 16th August (Sunday), we chose to have the Rakhi and sweets delivered on 14th August itself. The order was placed on 12th August. The special instructions clearly stating the delivery for 14th August.

There was no delivery on 14th. I called this company only to be told that it will be delivered latest by 15th August. There was no delivery on 15th either.

On 16th till noon there was no delivery. We followed it with phone calls and emails and eventually it was delivered by 1300 hours.

We wanted a pleasant surprise for our folks in Ahmedabad- which was ruined as we followed it up with phone calls. Our folks already purchased Rakhee and sweets on our behalf in the morning while Ahmedabad florists delivered it later in the noon.

Their spokesperson's response was that they do not assure about dot time (WE ARE TALKING ABOUT DAYS HERE NOT TIME). They chose to ignore the definintion of special instructions. Their last message to us was that they will apologize to the receipients for all this drama caused because of thier mistake.

SO FAR NO APOLOGY HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

Honestly I booked an order with them only for the reason that they operate from Ahmedabad and my delivery address was in Ahmedabad. There is no question about goods being delayed.
