Dear sir,

my name is capt z oinam.i was posted in ahmedabad and have been recently transfered to udhampur.i am an officer in the indian army.i had contacted aims packers and mover for sending my car from ahmedabad till udhampur by car carrier truck.i was told that my car would be delivered in a weeks time.my car was despached on 13 may 09 and i had paid Rs9500 as advance.my car was delivered to me after 2 weeks with dent in the front, repair kit and cushions missing.mor over when i checked the km reading it had covered 800 km.which i could'nt understand as it was supposed to be moving in a car carrier. i found eatable packets, cigarretes and even liquor bottles in my car in poly bags addressed in delhi.hence proof enough that they have driven my car from delhi and also met wit accident.when i contacted the dealer they refused to accept or even pay the compensation.all this time they told me they will pay for the damages but did not.i need your support to deal with this problem and teach a lesson to such indivisuals who are harrasing the consumer and are continuing doing so.
