Owning Steel and cement godown in the residential area

Sir/Madam,

With the reference to the above subject my neighbour has own steel and cement godown in the residential area causing noise and dust pollution. The godown was being for the past one year in our street. The building material includes Steels rods about approximately 16 to 20 mm in thickness and the full length is 36 feets. Whereas our street is 15 feet width. During loading and unloading of the above building materials which causes very harsh noice and dust pollution. Moreover causing traffic and sometimes causes injuries to the public.

The above matter was verified by the Tamilnadu Pollution Control Board and letter was given to vocate the godown. But since the said party was influenced by the political persons, we are threatened.

Kindly suggest and help us to take a legal action.

We also enclosed all the scanned documents relevant to above said matter.
