One parcel containing plastic products an cosmetics was sent by Mrs. neena Grover resident of rohini, Delhi through Tyagi professional courier again rohini to model town bareilly.
firstly parcel took 3 days to reach, secondly even it was packed half of the things were missing.
i don't understand that such a good courier service can work like that.
