Vandalized parcel

I have received parcels sent through your courier services from my sister in Kathmandu, Nepal, before & have had no complaints. Unfortunately this time my parcel was vandalized, no usual Blue Dart plastic outer covering on the parcel was missing & half a big Easter egg & two smaller ones, plus, part of some sweet pastry was also missing & the rest strewned in the parcel - making a mess of the rest of the contents.

I complained to your Panaji - Goa office, they said they would get back to me - I still have to hear from them.
