Problem: Voice – break during call and very low- tower view in mobile.

Sir,

I inform you that your company’s mobile - network is in very down condition in SURAT, your network indicate only two-tower or three tower.

In this condition we calling than voice cut many times and we hears only one side voice. Our calls became meaningless and waste our money and time, so, you resolve your network problem as soon as possible in SURAT.

I complain many times in your customer care no.121 & 198 also. But they are unable to solve your network problem.

I request you that you solve your problem otherwise you give me above 50% discount in my calling bill. I want better network not your 50% discount in bill payment.

Then you report me that when will you cover my value of money.
