I have serviced my new bike FIRST in Pune's Wakadewadi department.they considered me new customer and gave me THIRD CLASS SERVICING. oil was through barrel, but bill shows it was company authorised 4T OIL .

there are lot more problems in bike's gear box, But they have only done TIME SETTING during Servicing.

1} duplicate oil

2} only washing for first 6 servicings.

3} poor quality work ..

are these qualities of HERO HONDA?

When customer asks for using COSTLY OIL for servicing, then they said, "YOUR WARRENTY WILL EXPIRE" . and they used barrel oil...
