Passport status is not showing

Sir, my application number is z804636, and I apllied on august 12th, I wasnt recieved my passport yet. While I was trying to see my passport status it is giving message like information is not available or invalid file number. sir its alreaday 3 months over. Please let me know the reason. thanks in advance.
