Non receipt of Passport

Sir,

I have applied for passport on 20.01.09 After few months when i checked up the status it was mentioned that I should contact the PRO. I contacted the lady PRO on 19.05.09 and cleared herquerries there & then. She promised to send the passport within week. Now after one week when i checked the status it is mentioned: PASSPORT WAS PROMISED FOR DELIVER AT THE COUNTER ON 20.05.09. IF NOT COLLECTED IT WILL BE DESPATCHED ON THE NEXT WORKING DAY' This status was mentioned on 21.05.09. Now still the status is same and i have not recd. the passport. Pl. confirm whether the passport has been despatched & if yest despatch no.& date be advised to me. I HAVE ALSO SENT EMAIL TO MR.MAHALINGAM, RPO.
