Passport status is still not updated

Hello,

my application number is a021299, and I apllied on april 13 I wasnt recieved my passport yet. While I was trying to see my passport status it is giving message like police report has been not received..but police verfication done on 26 april... when m go to SSP office dist.bathinda..than they said ur verfication report has been send to concern department..on 02 may..but when m trying to check the status at chandigarh than they said ur police report is not received pls talk wid bathinda passport office i ll talk wid them so many times but they also said ur enquery is already send to chandigarh..jus tell me wht i need to do... where is my fault...???where can i talk for the same concern.. Please let me know the reason. thanks in advance..

Bathinda officers give me verfication status ref. no which is PP3285...
