Passport
Status of passport unknown

I had applied for passport on 20-7-09, vide application no. G00090909. The online query shows that police verification report is awaited. But when I checked up at concerned SP Office (Gurgaon), as per them they have yet to get the file from Delhi (where I had applied).

I have writtten to 'rpo.delhi@mea.gov.in' but no response them from them too!

Can someone enlighten regarding exact status of my application!
