Cant view my passport status

Hello Sir,

I have applied for my passport on 02/07/09 in District

passport cell, cuddalore and police enquiry has been done.

However we didn't recieve any updates on this till date.

I am not finding any status in online enquiry site. Its showing that

Unable to get the status because of one of the following reasons :

Incorrect File No. / Year / Date of Birth - Please try again

(or) Application was submitted more than one year back

(or) Your Passport might have been despatched a month back and has not returned to us

couldyou please enquire on the same and do the needful. below

Date of Birth : - 07/aug/1988

It is been 2 months since this applicaton processed.
