Passport
Passport Status Not available

I have applied for Passport before 2 months in Vellore District Collectorate Office which is under Chennai Zone. I have got the Police verification before 25 days. When I try to check my passport status in the website http://passport.gov.in/ or in the website http://passport.tn.nic.in/status_enquiry.asp, I received the following error:

Unable to get the status because of one of the following reasons :

Incorrect File No. / Year / Date of Birth - Please try again

Application was submitted more than one year back

Your Passport might have been despatched a month back and has not returned to us

////ERROR ENDS

I have entered my file no. correctly but the same error occurred. My File no is MAS Z155567 09 .

Kindly some one help me out
