As I am using the Aircel Mobile connection for the past 4 years I am facing problems like excess bill voice fading now days. I have taken the connection as prepaid and converted to postpaid connection after converting the connection for the first one year I don’t face any problem but now day the bill's are been charge heavy. They say free minutes but it is not calculated properly. I have activited Mobile TV in month of Sep 2008 and deactivated on the month of Oct. But still date they are charging of that for which I have deactivated. If call the customer care there is no proper response.
I am unhappy to have a connection like this. So I requested the agent to convert my connection again as a prepaid they are not doing.
